Is it possible to purchase foreclosures in my immediate area with homes that have been on the foreclosed list for quite a while. Is it possible to obtain Foreclosed property without money down or no credit.
Recently, a property I have been watching was 134,000.00 has a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2600 sq ft house on market with 6 1/2 acres of land. It was vandalized destroying windows and some internal damage, was reduced to 65,000. Is there a strategy to obtain this home for my own purpose?
