OfflineHello everyone. I've just watched the the weekly wisdom and I wanna do what he asked to do at the end but I'm confuse about how I make a profit. If I go through the list, filter the houses and find a buyer how do I make a profit by matching the seller with the buyer? Sorry if this is a stupid question I'm kind of new to this.

in a nutshell, you "lock-up" (get under contract) a deal at a deep discount and sell it before or at the time of closing at a higher price to a buyer. The difference is your profit.
