Another fresh start

Another fresh start

I have know for years the Real Estate is the way to go. I tried before to buy, fix and flip. Every time, my backers backed out and the deals feel through. I have seen DG before and joined the site awhile ago and never did anything. I just watched video #1 and 2 tonight and updated my info on the site. Now I started my journal.

It is late and I need to be up a few hours to go to my "job". I am looking to find audio copies of Dean's books since I read slow and drive a lot. I have read others and been to seminars and training before. I have a good basic concept of what to do and just lack the experience to pull the trigger myself.

I also lack the funds to just do buy and flip. I am looking to do wholesale and raise funds and then do buy and hold/flip.
I will be back on in the evening.

Sunday 9/9/2012

Making journal entry after long 2 days. I have been reading lots of things from the website and other people posts. I am looking for a starting point but have not figured one out yet. I always tell people to start at the beginning, but I am not following my own advise. I need to locate some hard money buyers to make cash right away. I can find deals, just don't have funds to follow through.

Follow the Blueprint

If you have the book, 30 Days to REals Estate Cash, follow the blueprint in there. I have read Dean's other books "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" and "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and both are great books, but the "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" is a much better condensed version and gives you the step by step you need. Don't over think it too much. Have fun and tell everyone you know what you're doing.

You said you can find the deals, you just dont have the funds to follow through. Are you meaning that you don't have the buyers to assign these deals to? Let me know, I might be able to help.

Video 3

Spent time with family today learning to ride horses. Found 17 acres for sale with possible land contract for about 100k not far from city. This is what I dreamed of finding. But, nothing I can do about, yet.
Only thing on it is a barn. Plenty of room for a house to be built on it. I really need to get thing going!
Just got done watching video 3 and still waiting for the other shoe to drop. I am living paycheck to paycheck, not even knowing if I will get a paycheck. The job market sucks where I live and in most places. I have and continue to get my finances in order. I believe that having your money work for you is better than working to have money. By knowing where my money is going, I can control it better. Back to more research and learning.

Disappointed

I just got done watching video#4. I am very disappointed. If I had an extra $300 month, I would be working on deals myself with the knowledge that I have already learned. I live less than paycheck to paycheck. My wife's van is broke down and I don't have the money to fix it. I am behind on my rent because I have trouble getting work. THAT IS WHY I WANT TO DO THIS!!!! I need to generate money. Working a "normal job" is unproductive in this world anymore.
