Whats the campaign consist of? What are you marketing for?
I dont advise putting out bandit signs right before a big snow storm or tornado hitting the area. Sellers dont become distressed based on the season and buyers dont turn down great deals because its cold out. I say the longer you wait the longer it will be before you cash that check!
Its the best time to market! Less Competition from Retail Buyers, and your Investors who may flip the house for a retail sale are going to get the house on market in time for the spring when all the retail buyers start looking again.
