My name is Mike V. I'm a student of Dean's.
I'm looking for a 3rd partner to invest into my real Estate Company Affordable Homes For You LLC.
The invest level is a minimum of $20,000. I will REHAB property and sell for a profit.
After the property is SOLD, all expenses paid, PROFITS will be split among the 3 investor's equally.
Then it's onto the next BIG DEAL. OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Just some more details please about your project:

- Three investors you're looking for, $20k each - are you one of them (i.e. are you putting $20k into the deal)?

- What's the legal structure of the 3 investors - how is each of the investments secured?

Thank you for responding to my post.
Here is what I am looking to do.
I am looking for 1 investor to invest $20,000 into our company Affordable Properties For You LLC. Based out of Machesney Park IL. 61115 area. This is where we live.
I will use the buying structure power from Dean's Company, Insiders Finical to purchase property to Rehab and flip. The $20,000 investment is for the balance to purchase and Rehab the property and Re-sell it below market value, but for a profit.
Once ALL expenses are paid back into the original amount ($20,000), then profits will be split equally among All partners involved in the project. The 3 of us.
The property will be our security for the investment.

Our investment on this end will be of course is to find, locate, buy, rehab, list for sale, sell and maintain all transaction associated to the deal.

Then it's onto the next DEAL. I will repeat this over and over for 1 year to build equity into our company with our proceeds from splitting profits 3 ways.

This is a rough business plan that will work. We can cover ALL area's to make sure everyone's BEST INVESTMENT is protected.

I WECLOME any and ALL Mentor's and people with MORE experience than me to help and educate me (us)in our venture together.
I have a realtor sending me more property's to look at then I have time to read about. This is great. She's a go-getter, hungry to help.
