OfflineI am re-reading this excellent blueprint manual.It helps to do this to really cement the ideas presented.The more you study,the easier it seems.Plus,the fear is diminishing.I also,am reading,T.Harv Eker's,"Secrets of the Millionaire Mind".I had to wait two months,getting it from my local library,but it was well worth the wait!
I ordered my business cards,plus, two large car magnets.It's amazing the power one can get from just doing this simple thing-can you believe I waited a year and a half to do it? Going to get a wall map next to map where the cash buyers are and to spot the hot areas.I will be contacting a local realtor and going to a REIA meeting,as soon as the cards get here.Got to look and act like a professional,especially when networking.Thinking seriously about joining the IE in DG.I still am a little worried about some things and a life coach would be nice to have when you have those nagging questions that never seem to get answered.
Will keep you all posted as I go to the next steps!

Seems like you got everything together. If you have the money to join I.E, do so. I had a 14 day free trial and found it very useful, whenever I felt like I was getting off track on my real estate buisness I went to I.E. and read some ost and got right back on track. I could'nt keep my membership because I didnt have the funds to cover it but as soon as I do my first deal I would be joinning I.E.
