Haha, I drove out to look at a house and cudnt find it. After driving up an down the street several times the homeowner who was expecting me came out to the street to wave me down. When I checked the address I wwote down I was embarrassed cuz I had switched the middle numbers. I always double and triple check my phone numbers and addresses now. And I seem to have a more difficult time learning than most people. My biggest advantage is wen people told me I shud get out of Real Estate after making a few mistakes it was just the boost I needed to prove them wrong. I just completed my 15th an 16th deals. I got a wad of cash in my pocket and bank account and am getting ready to embark on my third trip to the islands all paid for from Real Estate profits. I suggest starting with wholesaling and lease options. They are easy and fast. Now get up and do it.
