OfflineI posted a ghost ad for L/o seller on CL and got a seller in Miami who was interested in doing a lease option with me
She 61 years when I check on whitepages. This property is in a great neighborhood 9 bedroom and 4 bathroom sitting on a 64,033.2 SQ FT. I checked on the public record and the property is free and clear but I noticed there is a VAB Pending and a Block from Deed due to VAB. What does that mean?
She got back taxes of $6501.27 (for 2013).
This house has a lot of potential. it's zoned as a multifamily and 9 more units can be built on this lot
I need someone to help me with some creative exit strategy which I could use on this lead?
I already emailed and ask if the property is vacant?
