Beginning My Wholesale Business, Young

Beginning My Wholesale Business, Young

I am 22 right now, and I started attempting real estate when I was 18. Motivated by influential books and a vision of my future, I started putting myself out there.

I left my mother's place, quit my job, dropped out of college two classes away from a degree, and a lot of trial and error. I started couch hopping with friends to living a a shelter, but I knew I would make things work.

Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and How Be A Real Estate Millionaire I attempted to go and lock up contracts, where I met resistance because of my age and an improper system. I was kicked out of a seller's home because they didn't understand what I tried to do and was humored by real estate agents just for he heck of it.

The greatest tool I had to keep going was my tablet because I didn't have much transportation in an area that sort of requires it. I used he bus routes to get to properties and my tablet to evaluate and find them.

Fortunately I was able to gain allies who believed in me and I know have my own home n office to work from. This Is where I am now building my real estate business full time, and now have two deals under my belt after nine months of persisting full time.

I look forward to letting you guys in on how I progress, and I'm very excited or the future. Stay tuned!
