Yes I said WEEK... via I don't get daily access to the internet right now...
My laptop crashed so hoping to get another one soon once I hope to get enough scholarship money in... for I am back in college doing what I love to do which is Horticulture (Plants)...
I have been thrown in a deeper hole now via I got suited by my own father for he thought he knew what was best which was to listen to his wife instead of his own flesh and blood... and get Guardianship of the person and me being declared Incompetent so that takes my driving capabilities away...
So right now im working on getting that changed.
I live in a group home where I cant do nothing without prior approval (What they claim) though there is the Law of Human nature in affect right now for they are dragging theyre feet since there is no incentive to move really quickly via they are making over $1200 dollars a month off me from SSDI...
So my results have been emailing attorneys asking for help and I have found one so I have to wait till Tuesday when I get a chance to be online again to see what he says... PLEASE PRAY FOR ME THAT THIS WORKS OUT FAST!!!?
That deal I was working on prior fell under and since I lost the suit which cost me the deal via I couldn't get a chance to go talk to the perspective lender...
Edit: I think its still for sale... ill check into it and 73's on out of here... cya's later eh?

Found a new program that match's your buyers criteria to a lead source and sends it to you in an automated email that you don't have to spend hours to search sites like Craigslist when it does it by itself, just tell it what you are interested in and it will search then send you ones that match the criteria to your email for closer inspection... I'm trying it out now and will see how well it works...
Found a new buyer in the process and started the search for his criteria through the program as my TRIAL of how it works... we will see
Also wanted to wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
