Did run into a former RE agent whom quit after making his million and told me what it would take to do RE in Nc... being he said you cant sell other properties without being a licensed agent even though I told him you can with a purchase contract and an assignment of contract... so someone in NC want to tell me which one it is?...

Found out that BO deal that I was working on is still available possibly... now to find a way to talk to my possible lender.

I wouldn't waste my time trying to explain creative RE investing with anyone who isn't a dg'er or an investor that knows or does wholesaling-you will get frustrated-bc most people including agents don't get it-they only know how to traditionally sell/buy a hm, ok.

Well some people don't seem to want to move very fast but will once my PLAN B kicks into high gear for some people is not going to like me to well after this... (Guardianship stuff)

Guess whatever I did starting to work on the group home people being they are now in GET A MEETING SETUP PRIOR TO MAY 21ST mode... for I will be moving out of there soon hopefully before class starts on the 21st for my next semester ... also need to check if they posted grades yet from finals from last semester yet...

keep at it buddy sounds like you have some troubles but look up & know that if you do at least 1 thing ea day to move your biz forward that is 365 things in a yr that you did for your biz.

Stay encouraged & I would change your name at the end there "eastbound & down" words are important & they carry power with them. I know there is a series with that name but it is about a guy who is on a downward spiral & is meant to be a comedy-but that's not you.

Found out yesterday that I will be having a meeting tomorrow about moving to Burlington which will make it easier for me to do things...

Found out my stepmother got to go to drag racing school for theyre wedding anniversary last week so I hope that they had plenty of fun... for it wont be long before karma bites em' in the rear really good hopefully soon.

missed going to a scholarship memorial for a fellow classmates honor via he was kia'd in a head on collision with a drunk driver a couple years back...

Well its been another week and I found out that there may be a place for me to move to down here to Burlington Nc but I will have to switch group home providers... which is alright... my father and stepmother are being investigated by what I hear from the courts for Contempt... so we will see where that leads...

Im over here at the college where I go to school volunteering to help clean up the greenhouse via im not in a class this semester for I couldn't get into one so with me moving to Burlington soon hopefully ill be able to get into next semester...

still keeping my emails cleaned out and I think that's it...

still need to email attorneys and possible matts email to all local NC RE agents...

did find another couple deals that the agent is looking for a temp. funding source till I can get down here in a few weeks to talk to my lender that maybe able to fund some other stuff like B/O....
