OfflineWow! Just a brand new investor totally blown away by the live event Dean and his crew put on in Phoenix this past weekend. It was a pleasure to meet Anita and so many others who have taken that leap of faith and are now filling their bank accounts and fulfilling their dreams and desires for themselves and their families. I was fascinated at the stories of all the investors on Sunday as they shared great info and techniques for all of us. Common theme: JUST DO IT! I have an hour before I start teaching, so it's time to study RE. Still pouring through the ITS training, starting to find my TEAM and make some calls, starting to look on Zillow and Realtor.com for estimates of home prices, etc. Very excited to get going and make some offers. My organizational skills lack, but have lots of pads of paper. Every spare moment is spent reading Dean's books again, checking out the website, and learning. See you all at the top!
