OfflineI need to know more information about loans, there is not any info on Deans web site that I can find. Maybe someone can direct me or provide me with information on creative loans. What loan is best for investors, which one is worst ? Info on wrap loans would be really helpful and any info. on loans, how they work and again... which one works best !!!

There is a "Financing and Credit topic section on the DG website". You can read past forums to find some great information. You may want to discover what options may be around in your area. There are small local banks, large banks, mortgage brokers, private lenders, hard money lenders, working with equity partners, etc. You can also discuss this topic at your local investment club meetings and ask other investors or local realtors that are closing a lot of deals. I will definately check on the DG website under Financing and credit but as far as local banks, large banks and all the other lenders go, been there done that and didn't gain that much info. Not everyone is willing to just dole out info. Darn !! I did, thank God, get in touch with one lender who is very willing to work with me and educate me. I was just hoping to gain info from some of Deans students alot faster then the pace I am going now. If any one has any info (regarding types of creative loans) they can provide me based on past experiences, I am all ears and ready to learn...Thank you for the info Indiana-Joe
