The thing of the past keeps on inspiring me to go on and continue my crusade to be successful in REI. My past failures would sometimes slow me down a bit but as I go on reading all the advices from this site, i'm alive again. This site is my Oxygen.
I came to this country 5 years ago without any idea that Real Estate Investing exist. Although I understand what the word Real Estate means I'm not fully aware that houses can be Wholesaled just like any other goods from Sam's club, Cosco etc. After failing from 3 other businesses that I tried since 2004 (Everything were in Network Marketing), not to mention the fact that I lost my JOB in 2007, I still believe that I can be successful in REI. I consider lossing my JOB was a blessing.
I'm now working with 3 Real Estate Agents who keeps on sending me Foreclosure List. I'm also in Contact with a Loan Officer who is willing to pre approved my clients if I use Dean's IEE Strategy. Just today, I submitted an offer to one Foreclosed property and hopefully I get a counter offer in a few days. I also talk to an Old Couple about 3 hours ago who's willing to sell there house so they can move to an apartment for they can no longer handle the maintainance of there house. After I talk to them, I immediately called a friend of mine who's looking to buy a house and he's a first time home buyer.
I'm trying to get everything organized, following Dean's Step by Step strategies to whatever path in REI investing that I may choose. I am not a SPRINTER who can get to the finish Line fast, I consider myself a Marathoner (finisher) with endurance to handle no matter how bad my credit is.

Congratulations on starting again! I loved hearing your story, and it makes me excited for you as you begin your REI endeavors. It has been nice chatting with you in the PMs, and I know there are many here including myself that will always help with what we can. I'm sure you will be doing your share as well, as you learn and grow. I can tell that already about you.
