I'm Richard and brand new to the program. I bought these books about 2 wks ago after seeing the informercial for the past year or two. I'm so excited about it I've read both books in a matter of a week. I'm going to go through them again and again until I know it. Excited and ready I am lol Hope everyone can put my excitement together w/ their own and make some things happen. I'm so over-welmed tho I don't know where to start. Anyone have a idea other than finding a Real Estate Agent? My credit is very poor and I know they wouldn't want to even try talking to me.

Welcome to the DG family and Great Job reading the two books (by the way- which ones did you get?). What a great way to start your RE adventure. There are so many different ways for you to get in the game even if you don't have good credit.
I think a great idea for you to do is re-read those books- there is such great techique out there that anyone of the ways that our fellow students have done it can work for you.
