OfflineI am 27 years young. I live in a small town of 1200. I work a 3rd shift job at a hotel and live with my parents right now. I've gone to school for drafting and to an affiliate borker, I just finished Massage Therapy school and passed the state boards as well. Pretty much just waiting on the health board to review my app and accept me. It's been almost 5 months. All i know is that since I was young I wanted to own my own business that 1)does NOT screw ppl out of money 2)brings smiles to everyone's faces 3)profitable 4)respectable 5)charitable (able to donate to better causes) ......there's more but that the jist of it. The thing that eats me alive is the day by day sloooowness. I see what I want in life but nothing seems to be happening. I have plenty of book knowledge but no hands on experience or guidance. I'm trying each and everyday to speak about real estate w/ someone, but I get the same responses from everyone I talk..."I'm broke" or "must be nice to have money". It is discouraging but I Know i will be successful. I know it in my heart.

Welcome to DG.com and i can see that you are a people person with a wide variety of interests. With your varied education the work you have listed i believe you will do well with this real estate. Just believe and come to the sight regularly and take notes on the different parts. It will all come together for you.
