I know, I have a lot of friends and co-workers that don't believe this is possible but I know it works. Just stay focus and you learn as you go they said.Good luck to you.

Congrats for reading Dean's books, they are packed with a tremendous amount of tips, techniques and strategies. I often reread them to get the tidbits I may have missed the first couple times through. Congratulations for starting your journal it is a great way to keep yourself accountable and share your insight and knowledge with other DG Members. You may want to consider joining a local real estate investment club to network with other investors if there happens to be one in your area. Thanks for the words of encouragement and the good advice,I did go to a real estate club once,I would of kept going back but it was like 2 hours away,I have not found anything closer yet.I'm getting alot of negativety in my own house,my girlfriend started your own buissness in health care,she is not doing to bad,she bet me $50 by december that she would make more money in her biz than mine,so I cant fail I have to be successful.
