OK...Let the journey begin...

After getting beat up a bit by the real estate market a few years ago and giving birth to my little marshmallow, I've decided to get back up, dust myself off, and get the ball rolling again. (College is expensive now...can't imagine what it will cost in 2018)

I'm not one for blogging, but I'm thinking if I write it down, I'll be more likely to commit to following through with my goals.

Goal #1 - Stop waiting for the PERFECT time to get started and get off my...duff READY---SHOOT---AIM. It's OK to make mistakes along the way, and I am giving myself permission to do just that.

Now what to do first...find some houses and some buyers of course.

So this week I plan on posting some ads, putting up some signs and sending out some direct mail. (I guess I may have to relinquish my title as my house's Jeopardy champion for a few weeks). Found a web-based lead system for $10 so I can finally stop tracking everyone on Excel...what a pain that was. I've realized now that I have a baby, that every minute counts...so automation is going to be the key to my survival.
