My name is David and I live in CT. I bought Dean's book about six months ago and have been checking out this site quite often.
Unfortunatley I just lost my job recently and have very little money but I am very excited to take my first step into the world of REI!
I would like to invest in properties in the Tampa Bay Area. If there is anyone on here in that area, any help would be great. I am interested in doing assignments, lease options, and flipping homes.
That's about all for now, I look foward to making friends and contacts on this site soon and getting ready to live the life we all deserve!
