yes thank you, I've bought his last three, plus gain the edge program believe it or not, but it's still a new experience and a little overwhelming at this point, I'm sure it'll get better.
I hope you all are well. I am a subnewbie with noooo knowledge but, I am excited after what I've read in these member journals. I haven't recieved Dean's book yet just googled this resource. I do have a question though; I live in a trailer park (for now). 2 of my neighbors want to sell their trailers. Both have family situations. #1 wants to sell for 6,000 but told me he would take 5,000 and #2 has rented out the trailer @$400. a month w/ the trailer valued at $10,000. If I can find them a buyer and a renter how much should I ask for a finders fee. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Absolutely! Bird dogging is one good way, and there are countless of ways. Read about Carol Stinson's story. If she can do it, so can ya! I dont have income and my credit isn't stellar either....but I dont let that depress me because I know the deals will happen. Good luck to you and we are all here to help each other become successful.
That would be birddog deal. You find a property for an investor and they will pay you. Their are more ways. Do you have Deans books?

Just stick with it JC and your time will come. Educate yourself with all of Dean's resources and you will find some thing that will work for you.

Hello Everyone,

Together, we can be successful!
The bigger the deal the more you can charge. It would be nice to get $500.00 but $100.00 is more than you had before.
If the investor is going to make a lot of money you might get 1k or more it just depends on the deal.
Hope this helps.
