OfflineThe last couple of days have been so exciting. A few months ago I posted some Ad's on Craigslist and finally I got the call I wanted to hear, an Investor like myself with some propertys. Right off the bat I had a few buyers on my list, but no propertys. I keeped in contact with them and tryed not to let them slip away. With a little patience, I finally feel things are coming together. One of the biggest things to have in this game is patience... Now after e-mailing my new best friend, Im hoping to have my fist deal under my belt.
Never giving up and always pushing forward....

Jeremy, I know that you can almost taste your first deal, and it will come. With this other investor replying to you it sounds like all your work is paying off. Stay the course and it will happen. The first deal is the hardest.
