OfflineI have read two of Deans books and watch all of his videos that he sends. I have investigated the web page and the helps that are here.
I have found a few places here in my home town But I can not get a realtor to work with me. I was at the point of giving, I called Dean's accademy and I do not have the money to start it but I am going to start it with money from a bill I need to pay. I pray that it will pay me back before the end of the month.

to the family. we too are new, but keeping the recipe to success in my mind, i can keep me going! keep positive, you will find all the contacts you need! i made contact with a broker/agent and he isn't looking to add any more investors to his team, but he is looking around for me already for someone i can work with. i have another conference call with a potential agent when he comes back from vacation on the 12th. so things are rolling. just don't give up! you will do great!!!!
I just got a phone call from a potential buyer that wants a house buy 9/15/11
That is the date that I put down to have my first deal done by. It is going to work. I also have a house in mind that I believe she will like.
I have a question now. How do I buy this house and rent to her on a rent to own basis? I do not have funds or credit. I need help Please.

Sounds like you are already taking massive action.
On the property you have found, is it a FSBO (for sale by owner), and REO, a short sale, etc. You need to find that out before anyone can advise you how to proceed. You can look on one of many sites out there to find out if you don't know; such as sawbuck.com, redfin.com, realtor.com or zillow.com. Redfin is my preferred site, but they are only available in select areas. Please advise us more info on this property (but don't reveal addresses!)
This is a REO property that has been on the market for over 6 months. It also has a few small things to fix but the house was built in 2005 and basically very sound.

I really do appreciate it, I am so afraid to get going on my own. My husband is all for me and he looks at houses with me, but I need professional help with the financing end of it. My realtor is super, she goes with me to look at all kinds of houses and never says no.

I have made an offer and it was excepted by the bank. I made contact with a buyer just yesterday and he is definately interested in my house. If he accepts I will make $8000 on my very fisrt deal.
