That you only want serious cash buyers. Say you want your deals done quick and painless. No one wants buyers who flake out or who don't have the money.
Thats it now my second payment is comming up soon where do I start every time I get a little started I go back words how do I go a little forward to even see a little of the money I want to hook up buyers an sellers I get alittle started an back I go again
Hello, here is my thaughts. Just tell then this is information they have available and you will find useful to identify the likely cash buyers for future deals that the both of you will be doing in the near future. Tell them this keeps your list of active buyers in the market place current so you can resell properties faster and then resulting in mere deals in less time.
Draw the picture for them that when you and the realtor get an accepted contract you will be able to find your end buyers in days not weeks or months.( more deals more money)
