You will do just fine in this if you stick to it and don't give up. You can retire before you turn 30!! You can do it! Just never give up. We are here to help each other so I suggest you at least start with reading Dean's books, and then on these forums. Theses pages are overloaded with everything you''ll ever want to know about REI, So have an open and teachable mind and prepare to work hard (only in the beginning). It will get easier. Smiling

Listen, I've been on this site for just over a year now, and have not done a deal. I was completely green when it came to REI, but I've learned a ton! So, it will take you some time, but I promise you, the more you read, and the more you seek after this, you will succeed! I know it. Cuz, anyone can do it. They just need to learn how. There are so many different aspects to REI and it gets overwhelming often, so expect that and just keep plugging away at it and before you know it, you will not believe what comes out of your mouth when asked about it, or when you start talking about it with someone. It will just be THERE. You'll see. It will be the best thing you ever did for you and your child. Smiling God bless!

So I finally took action and posted a ad on Craigslist, I get a ton of emails every day. And now I have a cash buyer who is going to pay me a flat finders fee of $10,000!!!!! I'm pretty excited and can't wait to find this house for him.

Good for you! Make sure you cover yourself with a Non-Disclosure/Non Compete(Circumvent) Agreement signed by him if you're locating properties for him (birddogging) or lock it up with the owner/s of the house before you disclose the location to your buyer so he doesn't go around you and cut you out of the deal! Good luck!
