OfflineI am starting my push toward financial freedom. First I would like to recognize Dean for his sincerity, his positive energy, and that drive of his. He has motivated my spirit with faith, knowledge and confidence to conquer my fears and to get out there and make it happen!
I have the book "BE A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE" and have began reading it 09/20/2011. I have also bought his program "GAIN THE EDGE 10" and have started exploring it (The Edge) along with many of the other resources which Dean has provided us; for example this program which I am now using.
I have started scheduling activities toward REI each day. I have also joined the Investor of Virginia Group and look forward to interacting and doing business with them as well.
I look forward to seeing how much progress, I will have made in the next 30 days and possibly pulling off a deal in the next 45 days there after...if not sooner

Building a buyers list and wondering if zbuyer.com would be a good place try and sell a property you have locked up on contract? Or are using sites like this not a good idea? Thank You for any advice you can provide.
