Yard Sales can be profitable for Ebay, Craigslist and Real Estate!

It's a beautiful Spring morning as we head out of the house to run errands. The sun is shining, the birds are singing and there is a smell of freshly cut grass in the air. People begin to do their Spring cleaning and most are looking at ways to clear some of the clutter from their lives!

Often people will have a garage or yard sale to help clearthe clutter. We often see these colorful signs in the lawn or up on poles that read...YARD SALE! You may have wondered if anyone reads these signs? You decide to go to this yard sale thing and you see at least 50 people taking over the neighbor's yard.

You realize this yard sale did attract people. As you speak to the "hosts" of the garage sale, you inquire how they advertised their Big Day Sale. They tell you, all they did was put up several signs around the area. How can these colorful signs draw so many people?....You wonder. You are almost in amazement that these little signs really work!

As we did our Ebay and Craigslist business we can't even begin to tell you how many people come to these sales and respond to these little signs. Often, the "Early Birds" would even line up extra early before the sale started to get first crack at any potential treasures or deals. Often we would look for these treasures to and make cash by selling them on Ebay and Craigslist.
