Hi and congrats and taking big action! You may well already be doing this - but one way I've formed a team is just through lots of searches "contractors/investors/agents/webuyhouse/commercial...in Columbus" and on facebook join all the groups for RE in your area as well as on LinkedIn. Friend and link to everyone with a message "I'd like to network...I am... what do you do?" Also youtube and twitter. Get the conversations started and one thing will lead to another and pretty soon you will have your team together.

Thanks for the advice! I will start utilizing some of that immediately. I've also used Craigslist, meetup.com, & Facebook. I'll try the youtube & twitter idea; thanks for the tip!
ask your real estate agent; they usually have plenty of referrals...
also, you can drive around and look for well-kept properties and find out who the property management company is; then you call them and ask if they are looking for more clients; if not, do they know another company that may?
