Looking for people who would like to talk about what each of us is doing in our real estate investing or just to talk about it in general, sort of our own investor meeting over the phone. Some times I think it helps to talk about what youve learned or know, helps you to implement it.

networking with like-minded people will definitely help you with your rei; also, keeping a journal on this site keeps you motivated and accountable, so you're more likely to reach your goals by taking steps towards it every day!

I agree with Valerie. If you get a group of you that keep in contact, you will be able to stay motivated much longer. I am in with a group of about eight people that I met on here and we stay in touch on a regular basis and it is THE BEST!
Everyone has different things that they contribute.
WARNING: After you get to know these people make sure you have your phone plugged in, have gone to the bathroom and have your glass of water of coffee beside you before you get on the call because they will last for a long, long time!!!

If you can set up a place to do conference calls I would love to be involved. The best times for me are Sundays but lets see what everyone's schedule is.

Try using Skype, we already have a mastermind group in place that meets on-line once a week and has a facebook group!
