For any of you who haven't already you should take a look at www.myhousedeals.com. They do not have properties in every metropolis in the US, but they do in most of them and it is very investor friendly. it also allows you to post adds for free to an very hungry source of buyers even if you only have the property under contract.
Anyone in an area where buyers don't grow on trees should find a good deal, get it under contract, and post it on that site and see what happens. Based on the percentage that get sold on there I think your odds on making money are very good:)

I, too, think myhousedeals.com is a great site. I signed up to be a premeire member and there are alot of sellers, buyer/investors and deals going on there. I am a newbie and still trying to find my first deal. There are soooo many avenues and its a bit overwhelming. But that site has alot of traffic and a lot of sold homes there. If you are looking to sell or buy take a look at it. Hopefully I can make good use of it selling a property once I get one I can put under contract.
Happy investing!
David, thank you for that wonderful site!
Thank you
Raymond
