Anybody familiar with REI Clubs in central Illinois? The main one I have found when searching is the Central Illinois Investors Association, which no longer exists... I have tried using keyword searches here on Dean's sight but no luck yet. I really want to take my networking to the next level and make myself known. Does anybody happen to know of any REI clubs in central Illinois? Or maybe a source for locating REI clubs? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Well, I just implemented first phase of marketing for buyers. So no buyers yet. But I have been receiving phone calls to my recorded message line which is pretty exciting. Currently, I have a classified ad and a craigslist posting. I am working on bandit signs, flyers, and business cards now.

The Central Illinois Investors Association has now transitioned into Peoria Metro Real Estate Investors Association. You can find information on this here: http://www.meetup.com/Peoria-Real-Estate-Investors-Group/.
I have not been to any meetings in a while, so not sure how the transition has went.

Real estate office or your Chamber of Commerce. Plus, of course! Once you find one and attend a meeting, make sure to check with everyone there. If there's more than one club that fits your needs, you can be sure, someone there will be a member as well...
