OfflineI've been living pay check to pay check and I'm a single dad of two beautiful girls and I have been struggling with this business for almost 2 years and need help soon. I've followed every step in Dean's books and I can't seem to find serious cash buyers. I've lost more deals then I care to recount because of the lack of serious cash buyers. My daughters and I are facing eviction in a few days and I don't know how much longer I can hold on to the belief that this works. Is there anybody who would like to help or team up with me? I'm located on the MS gulf coast, which was just recently named in the top 15 growing cities in the country for real estate, and is a great place for any investor to invest in. Please someone help

2. When you went to the county foreclosure/trustee auctions there were no buyers there?
3. When you went to every REI meeting and event you could find there were no buyers there?
4. Your Craig's List ads for buyers did not bring you any buyers?
5. When you stopped by every rehab project you saw, no one could provide you with the owner/rehabbers information?
6. No buyers called your bandit signs?
Are you sure the deals you mention were really deals? Some one is there making money it sounds like.

-I will be filling out my bio section asap
-I spoke to different buyers at auctions and got their contact info and have sent them deals and no one jumps on them.
-I can't find any REI groups in my area. the only one I found hasn't met since before hurricane katrina
-My craigslist ads have brought me buyers, but again every time I send them a deal they say no. My last deal I put on contract for 22k, it had an FMV of 50k and I was selling it to my buyers for 27k giving them over 45% off the FMV
-I haven't stopped by any rehab projects, but that is something I will be trying.
-The city I live in doesn't allow any bandit signs
