My First Mentor and Deal

Hello,
I really am trying to get to my first deal. I have been reading up in the forums and I have been advised to find a Mentor So that is what this is about.
I want to know if there is a Seasoned pro who can spend a little time on video chat with me and help me get my action steps in order and get me to my first deal. I am in College Station TX , So if u are closer its better and we could even meet over lunch and speak let me know
