The power within: A mentoring

I just finished reading Dean's new book and am at the point where I feel like I want to jump in and get busy, but still a little scared that I won't be successful where I live (in the Midwest - its very conservative). Where are you from? You sound like you have been very successful. How many deals have you been able to do?

Just wanted to thank a few people that have helped me get to the level I am at right now. First Dean for doing what you do so well and that is helping others become the person they always wanted to be. Roberta Eastman for all the braindumps and arc planning to get my business to the true level I wanted it to be. Most of all me for pushing past the fear of moving forward...Go get it guys it's out there...NO GO GET SOME

I still hope to get new people to do there BIO here but I just looked at a few today...same same....

I want to tell you that I believe that the bio is important. My experience with this has been that it took me some time as a single mother of two to really sit down to focus on spending a lot of time to understand the rules on how to work wit Dean's site. I must say that it is carefully protected and that is excellent. It needs to be. What do you do with people who jump right in to the excitement and wanted to star working hard after the excitement of just reading one of Dean's books and the jump right in trying to connect, afraid and uncomfortable, intimidated by experienced and professional investor on this site.

I saw on another posting that you made the comment about the bio's not being completed. I think that the we do need to set up the program to help people by setting goals of completing this before you can get to this if you want to see success.

Question?

We have a good challenge... how can we all incorporate our ideas, support, and coordinated as one to help grow in the best interest for all of us in DG's community here?

Solution:
How about each and every one of us who come across a page that is not completed, we send a welcoming note and a follow up reminder if they haven't done so. We may need to take it up a little step higher and asked them if theres is anything that we can do to help them complete their bio's.

Just a though... anyone has any other suggestions.

p.s. Juts wanted to share you did welcome me and you did ask me to complete so every one could get to know be better. I haven't done so.No excuses, just simply in a new territory and was not quite sure how to get around it in using Dg's site. I am just know getting the hang of it and I can assure you that it will be completed this weekend. I am sure yo will hold me to that.

I will be doing my first boots on the ground in Bakersfield, Ca this weekend with two students (my academy). I am pumped up and ready to show them how i do what i do. With i could fit all you in the bandit suv but that want work...NOW GO GET SOME

Good luck on the training! It is amazing what you learn working with others. Some are driven, some just can't or won't do the work. It can be frustrating but also quite rewarding. I have closed on 2 of my students deals in the last 30 days.
I was just a feature speaker on a national foreclosure experts webinar last night. We are working together to form a zero down, art of wholesaling mastermind group with me as the coach. I don't know if I will have the time, I can't sacrifice the time I have already committed to my students and still do business. It's all fun!

I know what you are saying there. I maxed out at seven one on one students but the web site helps me reach other that can't afford the one on one training...I too run a reic in my area and do my deals which i will never stop doing..NOW GO GET SOME

Great day for some training about the great world of real estate. Can you tell I love this stuff or what? I try to do something with RE everyday if I can. It is sunday and I am looking at a property with a local student and meeting an agent for a bpo on a short sale that I have the deed for...Life is good...Now go get some
