Do you attend our local Investor meetings? SDCIA, NSDREI, & San Diego Investment Club/FIBI
If not, that is a great place to keep updated on our local market & network with our local investors.

I cannot make that one, as I'm Heading out of town. That group is a little further for me, so I only go occasionally, But it's absolutely a great meeting.
You will definitely want to go to SDCIA in mission valley on the 2nd Tues in Dec. to hear Bruce Norris give his in site on our Market.
Also the SDIC/FIBI in Delmar is also great. They're all good
