I happen to find an Invester where I live and she's only doing assignments right now and willing to help me get started and gave me alot of her contacts,Title company, Ect.I found her from one of those signs (we buy houses)She also pay's $1,000 dollar finders fee.
So besides the DG Family,there's even more help out there.

i am brand new and have an inovative idea but have a ?

first of all a tiny disclamer Smiling i have dislexia so please ecxuse any spelling errors i cant help them. i am hoping that you might be able to help me out. my name is Misty and i am brand new. this is my first time to sign on as a member. i came on here on wednesday for the first time and watched about 4 hours of testimonials. as i am not yet too sure about finding a buyer i have thought of what i think might be an inovative way to get one or many, but i am not sure if i can do this idea leagelly. i am going to make up the senario that i am thinking of trying and would like to know what you think of it if you would please.

lets say i find a house that is worth 160,000 and i offer to pay cash for the property at 80,000 and it is accepted, provided i can do this with in 60 days. then i sell lottery tickets for the house at 100 a piece. and when i have 100,000 (1000 tickets) sold i hold the raffel and pay the 80,000 to the seller and keep the 20,000 and give the house to the winner of the ticket i pull. what do you think? please help.

I saw your comment over on the hard money roadblock post. I was in a similar situation awhile back with HML's and a friend told me about this web site on where I could learn how to solicit private money, www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/vip. Since I started the program I have scored $65K and I'm just getting started. I know it dosen't sound like much, but I buy houses cash, under $25K. And like I said I'm just getting started. If you would like freedom from the banks and HML's I would highly recommend giving this a try.

When you click on their site they will walk you through a bunch of free videos on some of their deals and show you how it's done. I hope that helps and let me know how it goes.

You have a beautiful family there. My wife's family also lives in San Diego. What a beautiful place we love visiting. Her father is one of the original surf bums and is in the Surf hall of fame there in San Diego---his name is Tom Keck.

800 #, I use an answering service where a live person answers the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring & they read a script that pops up on there computer & jot down the info I need & it immediately gets emailed to me so I can pre-screen the lead. I think you could be missing out on calls if you have a recording from people hanging up. Just my opinion.

I realize this is an old post but I didn't see any responses to it. So i thought I'd respond and post a link. Simply bcs other people are always joining and reading our post and seeking answers. Though I am not a Lawyer, i have hosted quite a few raffles andwhat you are describing is a good thought however, it is not legal in Cali. Sad The good thing is your mind is working outside the box.
