Dallas/Fort Worth

I am looking for a "Dean" friendly bank in the Dallas/Fort Worth are. We have have called over 50 banks with no luck to this point. If you have found one in this area please contact me through private message so we can speak more on this subject.

I want to find some Dean people who have done some wholesaling in Texas. I understand that Texas has some rules I need to be aware of. I'd like to know what they are and where to find these rules so that I will stay on the good side of the law as I begin my journey with real estate wholesaling.
