Years ago, I had a really good job and made really good money but I desired to be a real estate investor. I paid for lots of RE training and then in 2008 I bought some property based on a guru's offer. Spent too much money on rehab, contractors stole from me, couldn't sell it for a profit. I lost big time, but I learned some huge lessons. I decided it must not be for me, but the desire was still there.

Now I live on a really short shoe string, but I desire to be a real estate investor even more so. So I search this site as often as I dare -- lots of reading -- to help me overcome my fears, to help me find focus and to help me implement a strategy inspite of my limited financial situation.
