I am in Central Ar. myself. I do know that there is a lot of realestate being snatched up in that area since Wal Mart officials told all the people who want to do business with Wal Mart... and have their merchandise in Wal Mart.... that they must have a local office in Bentonville and the surrounding areas.
Real Estate is at a premium in that area because of Wal Mart telling all of them that. They are buying up houses, apartments, condos and anything they can call their local office.
