I am looking to wholesale as I am having a little money and health problems. I have done three flipps and now am looking for good good deals that can be flipped or be a good rental for a interested party. I can find some very good small homes ($30.000to $130.000)or more whatever is a good deal. I know that in these small homes that can be purchased for as little $30.000 and with a small amount of rehab they can be rented out for $500.00 to $1000.00 a month depending there location, size and price.You add in taxes (around $1000.00 a year,Ins, a small amount of upkeep and a manager) you are looking at an good investment Investments that you cannot make on a most other markets. So as you can see I am looking for good cheap houses that can be flipped or rented and investors that are looking for good priced homes.
