www.totalviewrealestate.com click on step one “find it” and go through the entire page, check out all the links it refers to you.
www.padmapper: this is a great site to get possible off market deals directly from landlords. All the places on this site will be for rent, when you get to site there will be a white box on the right side, put in your city and state and hit enter. This will bring up your area, click on all the red bubbles and get owners info and call them to see if they are interested in selling anything in their investment portfolio.
