The Expo is being lead by Linda Pliagas of Realty 411 Magazine. Linda attracts many investors to all of her events she puts on all over the country. Thanks for posting this for everyone to see. I think there are great events to find all kinds of people that can help you in your real estate investing experience. I hope everyone goes to these types of events, they have high concentration of people in one place that you can network with and drive some business. Other EXPO's I like to go to that are coming up soon everywhere like: Home and Garden Show, Boat Show, Auto Show's etc...... I go to all these events to network and build my bird dog list and I do run across investor buyers there are well. I encourage everyone who reads this thread to attend these functions and grow your business.
