Looking for Investors/Buyers/Partners for the VA, DC, & MD area.

I am looking to expand my list of Investors/Buyers/Partners who have an interest in properties in VA, DC, & MD. I started my real estate investing by bird dogging for a wholesaler because I felt unsure about contracts, and all the legal stuff pertaining to a real estate investment transaction.

I am ready to step out of my comfort zone and start assigning contracts. I have a few deals I think we can make some money on quickly, with very motivated sellers. On a personal note, my husband lost his job a few months ago, so I am reaching out to anyone that can help me close these deals as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
