I know of 4.67 acres that is currently zoned Rural/Country. They aren't actually sure of the zoning and it is not listed on the county website, but it is not commercial. It is on a major County Road. The owners are senior citizens that desperately need some income. However, I certainly don't want them taken advantage of in any way. I need some advice on how to teach them to sell it By Owner so they can get a much needed cash infusion in the form of a deposit, then establish monthly payments. Would love for an investor that is knowledgable with the area to contact me please so we can discuss proper valuation.
