i am trying to figure out where ulster county is? i am fairly new tol site and havent set up my journal yet .sorry i havent responded back to quick i work full time and am trying to inspect properties as im sure u r . yes i am way up north right on the canada border maybe 20 miles from it.i have made i offer and inspected approx6 properties read both books . i see alot of info on this site i wish i could spend all week reading them. just got wireless laptop signed up so i can study more.have u done any deals yet ? how r u coming on books? did u join the academy? let me know how u r doing and is anyone helping u ?

Just got my books the other day and I'm reading through the material...I live 1 1/2 hours North of Albany in southern Hamilton County...not to far from Franklin County. I went to college at Ulster Co. CC, so I'm familiar with that part of the state too.

congrats on joining this awesome site !! I am up in the adirondacks and if you get any buyers contact me .i will do the same if i have any buyers looking for something in your area.you must find a way to access deans books as there is a TON of knowledge in these.keep reading on this site also because all the info is right here to start investing!!.let me know how you are progressing and if i can help you out in any way to get started !!but first is to study this sites posts and try your best to read deans books !!

Thanks for the offer and I already started calling banks but they dont seem to understand what I'm asking about.

My question:
"does your bank provide no season REFIS?"
There answer:
I don't know what that is I'm sorry

Should I be asking for a certain person in the bank to speak with?
Is there a better way to ask for this info?

Ok so I have been at this for days calling banks and asking them
I get the same answer they have no clue what I'm asking them
can someone please help me ask the right questions

call these banks and ask to speak to someone that can help you with IN HOUSE loans and refinances.ask them if they provide in house no season refinances.these r refinanes where u do not have to own the property for a set amount of time ,for instance ....you buy a house today and you want to refinance tomorrow.remember to keep all the phone numbers and who you talked to for future reference.this challenge is just to get you taking action but you also need to keep all info for you for future as you may be dealing with these banks if you build a good relationship and they WILL do no season refis.i will get you some more info on this subject but keep studying and calling dont give up.if you need to talk to me ....pm me and i will give u my cell

Hey guys, just moved back to NY, I'm in Broome county about 20 minutes north of the PA line...Binghamton ring a bell?

Lots of properties around here, I'm trying to secure a multi-family right now to live in half and rent the other. Having some issues because I own other rentals in NC and the new under-writing regulations.

I'm interested in wholesaling,flipping or anything to get me more involved let me know know if you guys have anything going on and need some help!

I believe I am like 6_7 hrs north of you...as far north as you can go in ny and east.franklin county.alot of deals here too .If I get any contacts or potential deals in your area I will get in touch.good luck in your daily search for money makers .
