I am in the Central Little rock area. You are in a boom town for sales. Last year Wal Mart told all the vendors that if they are to have merchandise on Wal MArt shelves you HAVE to have a office in Bentonville/Sprindale area close to the main Wal Mart headquarters.
Foreigners and merchandisers are buying up property (houses-offices)in that area just to have that local address so they can continue selling in Wal Mart.

I have heard that about WM vendors needing a local presence. Hopefully as we get going we can find some investors interested in this area. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
