**Is there any HML's that don't require a down payment**

I need a HML loan that doesn't require a down & will fund the rehab also. My offers are submitted at a factor of 58%, minus repairs and I'm well below the 65% LTV. Has anyone found a Lender that will do this.

Jason Smith a buyer is the prefect way to start...Buying property! You know what you are doing,I read your posts from awhile back!I believe it can be one of two things, Keeping you from your objective!#1 REI's have all of the answers/#2 Your deal is not as good as you think it is/#3 Go back to #1!
