Looking for some advice or tips on the Northern Virginia real estate area

I would like to know of any investors in the area that could give some pointers on the area?

lagetmone,

You may want to see if there is a local real estate investment club you can join and meet other investors in the area. You can also call top real estate agents and ask a lot of questions that may help you learn more of your area of interest. Good luck on all your deals. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe

What would be some good question to ask real estate agent to get the information I need?
