I did talk to an Auction Company in my area. He stated that Condos are hard to auction because of the Associations don't like the large signs in the complex, and that I would have to have a reserve price low than what I needed to pay off my mortgage.My competion right now is new contruction of condos in my area.
Any suggestions?

You may want to try calling a few other auction companies. They could be out of your area but offer some additional advice. Have you considered selling the condo by owner or talked to a realtor to inquire about what similar condos may have sold for in your building or local area? Once you determine a price, you may want to place an ad on Craigslist, or in a local paper such as Thrifty Nickle and see if you can get some interest or get it sold.

The better the deal, the quicker it may sell. Does your area have a "By Owner" real estate company? In certain areas they will assist people selling "by owner" list the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a flat fee. I hope this helps. Believe and Achieve! - Joe
