These would include Contractors, Real Estate Attorneys, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, CPA's, Real Estate Investors, Home Inspectors, Property Managers, and other participants.
My interests are in defaults, foreclosures, and possible rehabs to buy and hold to rent out to tenants. As my experience grows so will my interests such as wholesaling, short sales, and such.

Try to find and join a local real estate investment club in your area. Other investors may have great referrals for some of the professionals you may need. The best people are sometimes found by word of mouth. The more you hear the same person's name in an industry could be the right person. You nee to work with people that you enjoy working with.
