balt- wash eastern shore

I am a new investor on the eastern shore of maryland. This area is ripe with foreclosures for the taking. If any investors would like to get together to invest in some rehabbing properties please PM me so that we could get the ball rolling. I will also look for any properties to your liking (bird Dog) for any serious investors.

Hey folks,
